Refund policy

 

At VioletDTF, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and reprint policy is designed to provide you with confidence in our products and services.


Order Cancellations

- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet begun. Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.

- To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@violetdtf.com with your order number and cancellation request.


Refunds

- Refunds are only available for orders canceled within the allowed cancellation period or for products that arrive damaged or defective.

- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order. Include a detailed description of the issue and photos of the damaged or defective item.

- After reviewing and approving your refund request, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Reprints

- If you receive a product that does not match your order specifications (e.g., wrong design, size, or color), we will reprint the item at no additional cost to you.

- Reprint requests must be submitted within 2 business days of receiving the product. Please provide details and photos of the issue.

- Reprints will be processed and shipped according to our standard production timelines once the request is approved.

- For orders over $50 we’ll require you to return your original order for us to start working on the reprint.


Non-Refundable Items

- Custom-made items that have been produced according to the specifications you provided are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged.

- Gift cards, sale items, and special promotions are non-refundable.


Shipping Costs

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund or reprint due to a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the defective item.
