At VioletDTF, weโre committed to getting your printing supplies to you quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 12 PM PST typically ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 12 PM PST will ship the next business day.

Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., DTF transfers) may take 1โ2 business days to process.
๐ Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer a range of shipping options during checkout, including:

Standard Shipping (3โ5 business days)

Expedited Shipping (1โ3 business days)

Overnight Shipping (where available)
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method and destination.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
๐ธ Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Orders over $99 may qualify for free standard shipping (before taxes and after discounts).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account to check the status of your order at any time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.

If your order is marked as delivered but you havenโt received it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue persists, email us at support@violetdtf.com.
๐ฌ Incorrect Address or Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

You will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

We will hold the order until the additional shipping fee is paid.
